You need run it in php admin

OK. Thank you very much. It has been solved.

Now I have a new question: when I open the page where FleaIM is installed, I always see the page about "What is Flea IM?" and "How to install" instead of the "Flea IM 1.21" window to introduce the e-mail and password.

Is there any way to change the webpage about Flea IM to the window of user?
